Paul Nisbet (CALL Scotland) on Accessibility, ASL and Technology and Frances Griffin (Place2Be) talking about mental health during the Covid-19 lockdown. Professor Judy Robertson is our host.

This blog came about through a desire to help learners, teachers, parents and carers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Many school buildings in Scotland were closed in March 2020 and learning changed significantly over the period to the summer break. The website was initially created to hold some of the resources that students were creating and links to a series of conversations held online. It soon gathered content from across the University of Edinburgh. Over the session 2020/21, it will be a home for more content developed by the student teachers in Moray House, School of Education and Sport.
The website and its content are managed by the Data Education in Schools team, based in Moray House.
Professor Judy Robertson has a conversation with Holly Linklater who is supporting some young learners through online home school and Tommy Lawson and Education Officer in Digital Learning.
Hosted live on Collaborate, moderation and technical services by Jo Spiller, Jenni Doonan and Tommy Lawson.
Call Scotland is based in Moray House and provides advice and support for all Scottish schools. Browse their website for advice on all aspects of assistive technology. As a teacher, making your resources accessible is the single most important this you will do. Not only do you have a duty to your students, but also in legislation.
